1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms

This website (jaroslavdokoupil.com) is operated by RQ Genesis Ltd (company number 09253616, registered at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom - “we,” “us,” “our”).

By using this website, purchasing a programme, or enrolling in any of our courses, coaching, or consulting services (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. These terms apply to customers wherever you are in the world; where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you rights we cannot exclude, those rights are unaffected.

2. Our services

We offer a range of AI adoption training, coaching, and consulting services, including:

• The AI Compass Course (self-paced, Level 1)
• The AI Blueprint Accelerator (Level 2)
• The AI Builder Lab (Level 3, cohort-based)
• The AI Architect programme (Level 4)
• 1-on-1 AI, career, and business coaching
• Custom AI consulting for organisations

Specific programme details - format, schedule, price, and inclusions - are described on the relevant programme page at the time you enrol. Where a specific programme's own terms differ from this general document, the programme-specific terms take precedence for that programme.

3. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for professional and business use by adults aged 18 or over. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate.

4. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown on each programme page and are payable in the currency stated. Where applicable, VAT or local sales tax will be added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor - we do not store your full card details. Access to a programme, course, or coaching session is granted once payment has been received in full, unless we have agreed a different arrangement with you in writing.

5. Cancellations and refunds

We work hard to accommodate individual circumstances within a programme wherever reasonably possible. However, our general refund policy is as follows:

• Once a programme has started - meaning you have been granted access to programme content, or the first live session has taken place, whichever is earlier - fees are non-refundable.
• This applies regardless of your personal attendance, engagement, or decision not to continue - for example, if you are unable to attend live calls, or decide the programme is not the right fit for you after it has begun.
• A refund will be considered where we fail to deliver the programme substantially as described - for example, if we cancel the programme outright or stop running the sessions we committed to - or in cases of gross negligence on our part.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, contact us at contact@rqgenesis.com and we will review your case in good faith. Nothing in this section limits any statutory right you may have under mandatory consumer protection law that we cannot exclude by agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, frameworks (including the AI Blueprint, the AI Partnering Scale, and the AI Compass), videos, slides, worksheets, templates, and other content we provide (the “Materials”) remain the intellectual property of RQ Genesis Ltd and/or Jaroslav Dokoupil. When you enrol in a programme, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for your own learning and internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the Materials to create or teach a competing programme without our prior written permission.

7. Certificates and outcomes

Certificates issued on completion of a programme confirm that you have met the stated completion requirements (such as passing a quiz or submitting feedback). They are not a professional, academic, or legally regulated qualification. We do not guarantee any specific business, career, or financial outcome from completing a programme - your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and application.

8. Learning portal access

Access to our learning portal is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in link and access secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, including unauthorised sharing of Materials or access.

9. Not professional advice

Our coaching, consulting, and training content is educational and developmental in nature. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, tax, or other licensed advice. You should seek advice from a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.

10. Third-party AI tools

Our programmes teach you how to use third-party AI tools and platforms (such as large language model assistants from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). These tools are provided by their own operators, subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and output accuracy, none of which we control. We are not responsible for the outputs, availability, or actions of any third-party AI tool or service you choose to use.

11. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorised access to any part of it, scraping or copying its content for redistribution, or interfering with its normal operation. All content on this website (excluding third-party trademarks) is owned by or licensed to RQ Genesis Ltd.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme or service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you enrol or use the Services. Material changes affecting an active enrolment will be communicated to you directly.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save where mandatory consumer protection law in your own country entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere.
