Background
I started my career in leadership development with AIESEC, the world's largest youth-run organisation, where I served as National President of the Czech Republic and Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe.
After completing two master's degrees - in International Business and Psychology - I moved to London and spent over a decade designing and delivering global leadership programmes for organisations like HSBC, Shell, Ford, and Accenture through Future Considerations and my own company, RQ Genesis.
A scholarship to Singularity University at NASA Ames in 2012 was a turning point - it opened my eyes to exponential technologies and their transformative potential. This led me to join OpenExO as Chief Learning Officer, where I built a training and certification ecosystem for a community growing from 100 to 30,000+ across 130+ countries.
Today, I bring all these threads together in AI adoption training and education. The AI Blueprint framework - comprising the AI Partnering Scale, AI Compass, and Human-AI Partnering Model - is designed to help professionals at every level build their own strategic path to AI partnership.
