Does this sound familiar?

?

The "Not a Coder" Myth

You believe building software requires years of technical training. So you settle for off-the-shelf tools packed with features you do not need and missing the ones you do.

?

The Technical Bottleneck

You have ideas that could solve real business problems - but no way to build them. The technical team is overloaded or you work alone - your idea waits indefinitely.

?

The Linear Trap

You apply AI effectively within your current work - but the gains are incremental. Your career is still on a linear path, and you sense more is possible.

?

The Cost of Outsourcing

You have seen the agency quotes. Five figures, long timelines - and at the end of it, the product belongs to them to maintain, not you to build on.

If any of this resonates, you are exactly who this programme is built for.

The Bigger Picture

Most professionals apply AI to improve their current career trajectory.Builders leverage it to reinvent their careers completely.

Most people approach AI with a mix of curiosity and quiet fear. The professionals in this programme discover something different - pure possibility.

When you apply AI to your current workflows, you are still in control of every step. You learn AI, integrate it, maintain it. The gains are real - but the trajectory is still linear. Your career growth is limited by the pace of your own learning.

When you become an AI Builder, something different happens. You stop gating AI through your own skill limits and start directing it to do things you could never do alone. Every time AI models improve, your capabilities improve with them. You are not on a linear curve any more - you are on an exponential one.

The best proxy for this shift is AI-assisted coding. Most of the professionals in this programme are not coders. But in 4 weeks, they design, build, and deploy real software products - not because they learned to code, but because they learned to direct an AI that can do that for them.

What You Walk Away With

Three outcomes. Most programmes give you one.

01

A live product

A real, deployed piece of software you designed and built yourself. The kind an agency would charge thousands to produce - done in 4 weeks, for a fraction of the cost, and entirely yours to build on.

Market value: $5,000 - $10,000+

02

A replicable skill

The ability to apply what you have learned to build again - and again. Once you have built one product, the second is faster. The third, faster still. The investment in this programme only compounds with time.

Market value: multiplies with every build

03

A new professional trajectory

You will learn to direct AI agents to do things way beyond your own skills and capabilities. This makes you genuinely valuable in the market - whether building your own business or working in an organisation.

Career value: infinite, compounds

A single website or tool built by an agency typically costs $5,000-$10,000 and takes months to deliver. You can build your own from scratch in just 4 weeks. Once you know how, this new capability multiplies across every future project you take on. Add the long-term career potential of knowing how to direct AI agents to work beyond your own limits - and the value you receive in the AI Builder Lab is priceless.

Real Projects

What you will build

You choose your own project - something meaningful to your work or business.
Here are the five types of products participants typically build.

Personal Brand or Business Website

A state-of-the-art professional website - built with modern frameworks, responsive design, interactive features and a content system. The kind of site an agency would charge $5,000-$10,000 to produce and take months to deliver.

Consulting Assessment or Audit Tool

An interactive diagnostic your clients complete online. It captures their inputs, scores them against your framework, and generates a structured report - replacing hours of manual intake work and positioning you as a thought leader in your field.

Process Automation or Internal Tool

A custom tool that automates a repetitive process, calculation, data-gathering task, or report your team currently handles by hand - compressing what used to take days into minutes and opening your team to higher value work.

Customer-Facing Application

A calculator, configurator, or recommendation engine that gives your customers a personalised answer they would otherwise need to contact you to receive - opening possibilities for follow-on services and delivering value on autopilot.

Software Startup or New Product

An original product built around a market gap you have identified - a foundation of your new business. Something that previously would have required a technical co-founder, a development agency, or a five-figure budget to bring to life.

“I was honestly surprised by the difference between working with a chat and having an agent. Being able to see the entire process unfold - watching the agent actually build - that was probably the most important experience for me.”

The Programme

4 weeks. Build something real.

The AI Builder Lab is hands-on and highly practical. You will learn the process of building software by actually doing it.

01

Week 01: Design Week

Choose an AI coding agent to work with, set up your local environment, and define your product. Ask AI to interview you and generate a formal Product Requirement Document (PRD) - the blueprint for everything you will build.

02

Week 02: Build Week

Feed your PRD to your AI agent and construct the first version of your product. Expect a raw first draft - the initial build is usually around 30-40% of the final result, but a great foundation to iterate and improve on.

03

Week 03: Iterate Week

This is where the product takes shape. Refine, fine-tune the core engine, improve the design and user experience, fix bugs - turning the raw prototype into something you are genuinely proud of.

04

Week 04: Deploy Week

Take your project live. Connected to a custom domain, hosted on a real server, ready for the world. You also leave with a Version 2 plan - so the building does not stop when the programme ends.

Your tools

You will work with one of the leading professional AI coding agents - Cursor, Claude Code, Google's Antigravity, or ChatGPT Codex. Unlike consumer-oriented platforms, these run locally, work with any codebase, and do not lock you into one proprietary environment. The skills you develop are fully portable, the costs are lower for serious use, and the ceiling on what you can build is nearly infinite.

How You Are Supported

Support throughout the build

Live Calls Three Times a Week

Monday briefing, Wednesday Q&A, Friday results and feedback. Three structured touchpoints every week to keep you moving forward and unblocked.

Individual Feedback

Each week, you get an individual review of your work via a personal audio/video recording - specific to your project, your blockers, and your next steps.

Peer Group and Chat Support

An active group chat means you are never stuck for long between sessions - with peer-to-peer collaboration and quick answers from people building alongside you.

Comprehensive Resource Library

All session recordings, transcripts, slide decks, and onboarding materials in one shared board - including a guide to choosing and configuring your AI coding agent.

A Different Way of Working

You will learn to lean on AI as your tutor, collaborator, and builder - and finish the
programme with the confidence of someone who has built and launched a real software product.

Is This Right for You?

Built for experienced professionals.

The AI Builder Lab is designed for people who are already comfortable with AI tools in their work and want to take the next natural step. Participants come from across industries and geographies - but share a common profile.

You are ready if:

You are comfortable applying AI tools in your work and benefit from them regularly
You have an initial idea for what you want to build, even if not all details are clear
You are ready to commit minimum 5-6 hours per week during the 4 weeks
You are comfortable not knowing the answers and open to learning as you go
Joining from outside the AI Blueprint journey? All participants receive access to a dedicated on-ramp video covering the AI Integrator fundamentals - so you hit the ground running from Day 1.

What Participants Say

I found myself coding at midnight - something I never imagined as a business person. The coding turned out to be the easy part. I am genuinely empowered, I understand the logic, and I am having so much fun that sometimes I have to remind myself to stop.

Giorgio

Founder

It has been 30 years since I last wrote a line of code, and testing an AI coding application today is truly amazing. My goal is to democratise this development for my customers, because everybody must be able to develop applications in the future.

Olderico

Entrepreneur

They say the best way to get clarity is to start taking action - and since we are taking action, we are getting more clarity. The future of programming language is human. Everyone will be a programmer. That is the miracle of AI.
