Personal Brand or Business Website
A state-of-the-art professional website - built with modern frameworks, responsive design, interactive features and a content system. The kind of site an agency would charge $5,000-$10,000 to produce and take months to deliver.
Consulting Assessment or Audit Tool
An interactive diagnostic your clients complete online. It captures their inputs, scores them against your framework, and generates a structured report - replacing hours of manual intake work and positioning you as a thought leader in your field.
Process Automation or Internal Tool
A custom tool that automates a repetitive process, calculation, data-gathering task, or report your team currently handles by hand - compressing what used to take days into minutes and opening your team to higher value work.
Customer-Facing Application
A calculator, configurator, or recommendation engine that gives your customers a personalised answer they would otherwise need to contact you to receive - opening possibilities for follow-on services and delivering value on autopilot.

The Programme
4 weeks. Build something real.
The AI Builder Lab is hands-on and highly practical. You will learn the process of building software by actually doing it.
Week 00: Onboarding Week
The week before the programme begins. Watch the onboarding video content at your own pace and have your 1-1 onboarding call with Jaroslav - to align on your project idea, confirm your setup, and hit the ground running on Day 1.
Week 01: Design Week
Choose an AI coding agent to work with, set up your local environment, and define your product. Ask AI to interview you and generate a formal Product Requirement Document (PRD) - the blueprint for everything you will build.
Week 02: Build Week
Feed your PRD to your AI agent and construct the first version of your product. Expect a raw first draft - the initial build is usually around 30-40% of the final result, but a great foundation to iterate and improve on.
Week 03: Iterate Week
This is where the product takes shape. Refine, fine-tune the core engine, improve the design and user experience, fix bugs - turning the raw prototype into something you are genuinely proud of.
Week 04: Deploy Week
Take your project live. Connected to a custom domain, hosted on a real server, ready for the world. You also leave with a Version 2 plan - so the building does not stop when the programme ends.
Your tools
You will work with one of the leading professional AI coding agents - Cursor, Claude Code, Google's Antigravity, or ChatGPT Codex. Unlike consumer-oriented platforms, these run locally, work with any codebase, and do not lock you into one proprietary environment. The skills you develop are fully portable, the costs are lower for serious use, and the ceiling on what you can build is nearly infinite.

Jaroslav Dokoupil
Leadership trainer, coach, futurist, and learning designer with over 25 years of experience helping people and organisations build their future. Jaroslav has designed and delivered more than 10,000 hours of development programmes for clients including Bayer, HSBC, Shell, Vodafone, Microsoft, Ford, and Accenture.
