Hi, my name is Jaroslav and I’ve been a leadership trainer, coach and learning designer for the past 20 years.

I have trained thousands of people from more than 100 countries and coached hundreds of business leaders, small business owners and entrepreneurs along the way.

I have helped business leaders like you navigate the complexities of building their vision, leading their team and creating a high-performance culture. I draw on all this experience to design online leadership training that is impactful, accessible and practical.

My purpose is to ‘Empower Leadership’ and my mission is to train 1,000,000 business leaders and entrepreneurs in the art and science of leadership by 2030.
